At Maksaro Furniture, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day fuss-free return policy. If 7 days have passed since your item was delivered, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
What Can Be Returned
- Standard furniture items (sofas, chairs, tables, wardrobes, shelves, etc.) purchased directly from Maksaro Furniture.
- Items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as described.
What Cannot Be Returned
- Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., made-to-order sizes, special finishes).
- Products that have been assembled, altered, or used after delivery.
- Clearance or final-sale items
Return Process

- Our team will arrange pick-up or advise on return instructions.
- Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection.
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for return shipping or collection fees.
If the return is due to damage, defect, or wrong item sent, Maksaro Furniture will cover the return costs in full.
