China Import Orders

Products identified on Maksaro.com as “Import from China” or “Special Order” items are sourced specifically on behalf of the customer following receipt of full payment.

1. No Returns or Refunds: As these products are imported specifically to fulfil individual customer orders, they are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once the order has been confirmed and payment has been received, except where the item is materially different from the product ordered or arrives damaged due to our handling.
2. Delivery Timeline: Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only. While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates, delays caused by manufacturers, shipping companies, customs authorities, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.
3. Collection Period: Customers will be notified once their goods have successfully cleared customs and are available for collection. Goods must be collected within 14 calendar days of notification.
4. Storage: If goods are not collected within the 14-day collection period, Maksaro reserves the right to charge reasonable storage fees. Goods remaining uncollected after 6 months will be treated as abandoned in accordance with applicable law after reasonable attempts have been made to contact the customer.
5. Local Delivery: Customers who prefer delivery to their address within Nigeria may request this service for an additional delivery charge. Delivery fees vary depending on the destination and package size and will be communicated before dispatch.
6. Inspection on Collection: Customers are encouraged to inspect their goods upon collection or immediately upon delivery. Any issues should be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
7. Product Variations: Due to differences in manufacturing batches, product photography, or supplier packaging, minor variations in colour, packaging, or branding may occur and shall not be considered defects.
8. Order Cancellation: Once payment has been received and the supplier has commenced processing or purchasing the order, the order cannot be cancelled.
